Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $11.50 per order for postage Australia-wide. All items are posted via Australia Post Express Post.
Free postage for all Australian orders over $70.
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.
Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase from FASHION EMPIRE. You may return most new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.
5 quick steps to return your purchase
Step 1. Email [email protected] or go to Contact Us page & request a return.
Step 2. Mail back your goods.
Step 3. Allow up to 5 days for your return to be processed.
Step 4. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email from returns team to notify you of the store credit or exchange.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from date of successful delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted if:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once your refund, exchange or store credit has been processed.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Please include a new AUSPOST prepaid satchel with your return, these can be purchased online or over the counter from AUSPOST.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend you using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
